-Develop several components for their personal compassion resilience toolkit

TRAINING PREWORK: please complete the PROQOL (Professional Quality of Life) survey BEFORE coming to this training using the following link for the online, self-scoring version (note: the online version is available only in English):

https://proqol.org/proqol-measure

When you click on the link, scroll down to the read heading bar that says “Professional Quality of Life Measure (PROQOL 5.0), answer the first 2 questions and click NEXT to get to the PROQOL online version. This version will automatically calculate your results at the end.

The PROQOL consists of 30 questions and may take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Please bring your results report to the training. HOWEVER, please note that we will NOT be asking anyone to share their PROQOL results at the training, but we will have some discussion about whether your results were surprising or whether it was about what you expected, and then of course, we will be addressing “what to do” when folks are experiencing compassion fatigue or burnout.

For anyone who may need to complete the PROQOL in a different language, you can scroll down past that online version to download a translated version (paper/manual format) in whatever language you may need. You will have to calculate your own results if using the paper version. Instructions for scoring are on each of the paper versions. A paper version in English is also included in the attached Participant Packet, on pages 5 through 7.
