Start date with CASA: June 30, 2025

Education and work history: I spent 20 years working in the restaurant industry, as a waitress, cook and bartender- which allowed me the flexibility to be present and heavily involved in my son's school and extracurricular activities. I still waitress part time on the weekends, I just can't give it up! After he graduated high school, I began working as an office administrator. I am currently serving my second elected term as a School Board Director in the Columbia Borough School District which really unlocked my passion for serving my community. I am so excited for the opportunity that CASA has provided me!

What is the best part of your job? Working alongside and learning from the most amazing people who are all committed to making a difference in the lives of children, their families, and community!

What do you do in your spare time? I am a mom to a pretty amazing son, who just finished his sophomore year of college. We enjoy hiking, watching the Eagles, and exploring new places. Our time together always involves food! The majority of my free time is spent with the very best group of friends imaginable, there is never a shortage of laughter when we are together. I enjoy going for walks, and recently started to play pickleball. I love to read, especially by the ocean!

If you could be an Olympic athlete, in which sport would you compete? Soccer

What was your favorite childhood book? The Boxcar Children series

If you could have dinner with anyone from history, who would it be? Kobe Bryant
